If so, this role is a great opportunity to work at the centre of National Operations during a crucial 12 months for the Directorate.

In this role you will be supporting the Geographic Directors lead over two thirds of our workforce. You will better enable the Directors to execute their roles by enabling many of the changes and improvements the Directorate needs to implement over the next year. You will be at the heart of this transformation by better integrating performance management, assurance and best practice across all Areas enabling the "We Act as One" and "Do Things Once" ethos of the Operational Leadership Team.
Whilst reporting to the West and Central Business Manager your principle team will be the Geographic Business Managers and the respective Directors of Operations. You will also be expected to work as part of a 'virtual' team with business leads from across the country.
This role will better enable the Directors to execute their roles by enabling many of the changes and improvements the Directorate needs to implement over the next year. You will have:
