We’re excited to be looking for two experienced professional managers to support the Environment and Business (E&B) OneEA Change Project: 1 x Business Manager and 1 x Programme Manager.

Through the OneEA programme we plan to make some changes to improve the Directorate’s capacity, integration, and resilience for current and future challenges. Such changes will help E&B play an even more impactful role in an Environment Agency that continues to be the best answer to our environmental challenges and opportunities. It will also make the great work that our staff deliver every day more doable, fulfilling, and visible.

Business Manager, OneEA: Fixed-Term contract/assignment to 31/3/25.
We’re looking for an experienced Business Manager to support the delivery of the OneEA programme with significant business knowledge, working closely with the programme team, business partners and stakeholders to ensure the programme meets business need.

You’ll support the Project Executive, Project Manager and workstream leads day to day to help identify and mitigate risks and manage dependencies with other change initiatives across the business.

Programme Manager, OneEA: Fixed-Term contract/assignment to 12 months (option to extend).
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to deliver our OneEA Change Programme.
You’ll provide day to day coordination across all workstreams, resolving business process challenges, manage risks and dependencies to meet our challenging project deadlines and maximise the benefits of the work, where necessary linking with other change programmes across the organisation.
