We also work directly with government departments, locally elected representatives, Government Ministers and an array of wider stakeholders.
You will report directly to the Executive Director FCRM and will lead a small team supporting the wider business to drive forward the EA strategies and to improve how we deliver flood and coastal risk. You will play an integral role on the Leadership Team, working with the Deputy Directors, wider Directorate and with Business support teams across the executive.

You will support the wider leadership team to achieve excellence in delivering a range of services to address flood and coastal risk and asset management including delivering the £5.2 billion capital FCERM programme, and wider corporate strategies.
Our work contributes to the long-term aims of the FCERM strategy creating a nation resilient to flood and coastal erosion risk - today, tomorrow and to 2100.
