You will identify and reach out to leaders in these priority sectors of food and agriculture, healthcare and digital, listen to their needs as they plan their steps to act on the climate emergency, promote what we are wanting to achieve, and form initiatives to work together.
You will manage our contribution to events, particularly Flood and Coast conference, enlisting speakers and leading the innovation hub, and running the Flood and Coast awards to celebrate achievements in this field
You will be line managing staff members, helping them to achieve, develop and stay safe and well, and provide extra cover for management across the Business and Stakeholder Management team.

You will also support a mixture of reactive and proactive business and stakeholder engagement work in the team to:
- provide stakeholder management advice and planning
- respond to correspondence and enquires in an effective manner, providing extra resilience to the team during peak workloads.
You will be working in a national team of professionals. We’re proud of our culture, our ‘one team approach’ and our focus on supporting, empowering and developing ourselves and each other.
This is an opportunity to develop your career at the heart of Flood and Coastal Risk Management within the Business and Stakeholder Management team in FCRM’s Strategy department.
