As part of the Enforcement Once team, you will produce complete and accurate case files that contribute to the achievement of successful prosecutions, formal cautions, warning letters and advice & guidance; to produce data that will help areas target enforcement effort and publicise successful prosecutions and increase likelihood of high levels of fines and costs awarded in court.
Enforcement Once is part of the National Enforcement Service and is a centralised team dealing with a range of enforcement activities. Our main focus on fishing rod licence and associated offences. We deal with a broad range of customers and also deal with different sanctions such as Fixed Penalty Notices and Civil Sanctions.
You should be able to demonstrate a positive, adaptable approach and be a self-motivated team player with a ‘can do’ attitude. Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to work under pressure are essential.
You must be confident providing a broad variety of duties and be focussed on delivering a first class customer service. We expect you to be proficient in the use of Outlook, Word and Excel and to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and pick up new systems and processes with ease. A knowledge of enforcement is preferred but not essential.
