We are looking for someone to join our Business Team, in the role of Executive Coordination Manager (ECM). We are looking to fill one permanent vacancy and one 24 month assignment / fixed term contract. Internal candidates, you will need to seek agreement from your line manager to be considered for the assignment opportunity.

You will work closely alongside two other ECMs to provide support to the Area Director (AD), Business Manager and the wider Area Leadership Team (ALT) focusing on:
- Business and assurance, providing direction, clarity and support for the area.
- Liaising with a wide range of business partners, leading on actions on behalf of the AD and Business Manager and having oversight of our progress in delivering our area priorities
- Managing area assurance and governance responsibilities, such as operational instructions, audits, risk management and action plans
- Working with our Area Leadership Team and business partners to deliver an integrated and strategic approach to our business delivery
- Working with our national ECM community developing business consistency, new ways of working and implementation of best practice.

Responding to incidents is a central part of what we do. You will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract an additional payment and full training and alternative working arrangements will be available to support you with your incident role.
This role reports to the Business Manager within the East Anglia Executive Support Office, whose primary focus is to support the Area Leadership Teams (ALT) strategic priorities.

The team is responsible for planning and coordinating area-wide activities and events, working with teams across the whole Area. We lead on activities related to assurance and compliance, risk, business performance, health and safety, workforce planning, and learning and development.

Based in East Anglia, this role requires someone with exceptional organisational skills, who can effectively manage a varied workload, encourage commitment and buy-in to promote action and deliver results.
