As the Strategic Fleet Manager for our Fleet Hub, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering key national fleet services for both the Environment Agency and ten other Defra Group partners, harnessing a small team of dedicated people. An inspirational person, you’ll support and motivate your staff to deliver the best results for the many people who we provide a variety of fleet services to. You’ll need to ensure the Fleet Hub successfully manages all our inbound and outbound telephony and email services, as well as our transactional finance activities relating to over £35 million of annual fleet spend. You’ll be accountable for the operational delivery of all aspects of Fleet Hub services including the management of key high profile fleet projects and programmes.

You’ll be responsible for a team of talented people, many based in Peterborough, and will report directly to the Director of Defra Group Fleet Services and be part of a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive Leadership team.
