As the Fisheries, Biodiversity and Geomorphology Team Leader, you will bring a positive, visible, and inclusive leadership style which will inspire and motivate the team to achieve successful environmental outcomes. Your team will be working with partner organisations, anglers, and communities to make our environment a better place for people and wildlife.

First and foremost, we are looking for a leader and as such you will:

The role will be based at our Norwich office, it will involve office, site, and some home-based working.

Your ongoing personal development is also important. You will have the opportunity to gain further skills and knowledge to complement and enhance your capabilities as an effective leader and manager within the organisation.

Responding to incidents is a central part of what we do. You will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract an additional payment and full training and alternative working arrangements will be available to support you with your incident role.
