You must be able to engage and communicate with a range of stakeholders to understand customer needs and perceptions and balance wider stakeholder demands.

You have experience of informing policy and/or shaping, implementing, and supporting an approach to translate it into cost-effective operational activity, or relevant transferable skills and experience to enable you to do this work.

You have a track record of analysing data and have translated this into information to inform policy development or decision making.

You will have experience in working within geographically dispersed teams and be prepared to work across multiple functions.

You may have experience of managing projects.

National travel may be required occasionally.
