NEAS have 6 Hub Teams across England, with this role to be based in either Warrington, Leeds or Peterborough. NEAS ensure that Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of all the Environment Agency’s capital projects and the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the Agency’s relevant Strategies and Plans are conducted, such that projects are built in full compliance with environmental legislation and policy. The service also provides guidance and advice on landscape and archaeological issues.
