This 12 month Fixed term contract is reporting to the Asset Performance Team Leader, where you will be working closely with the Catchment Officers and Technical Advisors in the team. You will be providing support with AIMs planning, working closely with the local Field Teams to assist with the maintenance programme. You will also provide a project support role for other team members, assisting with data requests such as service searches and mapping, and other associated tasks. You will also provide support to nationally-driven projects when required.
You’ll be a key member of the Asset Performance Team in Flood Coastal Risk Management Operations. The Asset Performance Team has an objective to reduce flood risk to people, homes, businesses and the environment through exemplary asset management. We have an extensive programme of capital and revenue works that demand high standards of project management and a work plan to improve our contingency planning capability and our regulatory and enforcement actions.
You will be experienced in working as part of a team as well as using your own initiative on given tasks. We require someone with good communication skills both written and spoken to convey information to both colleagues and customers. You'll be able to demonstrate data management skills.

The role is based at Orchard House, Addington, Kent. A full clean UK driving licence is required for this role.
