"In E&B, we have secured significant funding to deliver a new set of online services and digital platforms that will transform how the Environment Agency regulates. Working with 3rd party providers and internal technology teams , we are recruiting for a number of exciting roles to help drive this change and implement technologies that will underpin the future of regulation. This role will play a part in the delivery teams to oversee, coordinate and drive the delivery of online services and digital platforms.
You will:
• Understanding user’s needs, regulatory outcomes and communicating these effectively to the development team.
• Defining, owning and solving problems and conflicting priorities by assessing risks and benefits.
• Understanding the data and information requirements.
• Prioritising and managing the work of the delivery team to ensure that the work-stream delivers business objectives.
• Engaging with stakeholders regarding online services and digital platforms, using their feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Working alongside programme resource to ensure smooth implementation.
• Working across internal Digital, IT Suppliers, and 3rd Party partners to develop online services and digital platforms.
• Supporting lead and senior service designers.
• Developing expert skills in and knowledge of product management techniques."

You will work in a wider multidisciplinary team, alongside Defra shared services and 3rd Party suppliers, to shape delivery of user centred online services and digital platforms so that they are more efficient, simpler, and faster to use."
