• Our people are our strongest asset: we want you to demonstrate a passion for developing people to be their best and creating an open, inclusive, and trusting culture where everyone can be themselves.
• We don’t deliver alone: you’ll have excellent stakeholder (both internal and external) management skills with a strong customer focus and well-honed influencing and persuasion skills.

You'll have practical experience of incident management and a good understanding of civil engineering and/or asset management would be advantageous.
This role will be based in the Thames area. Travel will be required to other offices, depots and locations which may not be easily accessible via public transport, and so you will need a full UK driving licence.
