We are looking for an experienced PA to join Legal Services in an exciting and challenging role.

You will provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Deputy Director of our FCRM, Planning and Professional Support and National Legal teams. You will be highly organised to ensure smooth, integrated and efficient administrative operations that anticipate the needs of the Deputy Director, drafting responses to standard queries and generally supporting the effective delivery of Legal Services' objectives. Importantly, the post provides a helpful and customer focused front of house service, acting as ambassador for the Deputy Director with the ability to proactively establish good working relationships with internal and external colleagues.

You will have the ability to carry out a combination of assigned tasks, mainly unsupervised and will be used to dealing with confidential and sensitive materials and issues. The work encompasses diary management, arranging meetings and training sessions, managing a forward look system and organising and developing a variety of data and information sets.

You will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to use your initiative and demonstrate the ability to work flexibly within Legal Services.
The role is part of our National Legal Support Team and will work closely with the Legal and Corporate Support Executive Assistant who supports our Director of Legal Services as well as the PA for our other Deputy Director (Chief Prosecutor).
