Following a successful 2 year pilot scheme the Complex Review & Support Team (CRST) is now looking to recruit permanently within the team. The CRST is a knowledgeable and experienced team dealing with sensitive investigations contributing to our strategic priority to ensure the health safety and well-being of our staff.

This role will primarily be focusing on providing administrative support and co-ordination services which are necessary so the investigations the team are involved with run smoothly and efficiently. Duties will include data base maintenance, preparation of reports and note taking where this role cannot be fulfilled by local staff.

You will contribute to the smooth running of the team ensuring primary objectives are effectively supported by providing sound business administration activities. You will need to be able to organise and prioritise your own workload but show flexibility if the situation demands it.

You will be asked to contribute to the delivery and operation of databases and systems to inform the teams’ mission of ‘continuous improvement’.
The Complex Review & Support Team sits within the Health Safety & Well-being department. You’ll be part of a diverse team with varied experiences/backgrounds/approaches. It is a national team with members dispersed around the country responding to employee relations casework across the business. The team are passionate and committed about helping people to create a positive, fair, supportive and inclusive culture throughout the organisation; putting people’s well-being at the heart of the HR processes.

You will have:

• Strong administrative, organisational/planning skills
• Excellent noting skills with attention to detail
• Team working attributes
• Confidence to work with staff at all levels and build wide networks across the business
• Good written /verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritise your own workload
• Able to effectively capture data and key performance indicators from cases and other team activities, which will involve monitoring internal resources to ensure progress is in line with plans as well as escalating any issues when necessary
• IT skills to manage data/information and collate reports/statements from across the business to support the investigations.

Experience of working in a dispersed team is desirable, but not essential
Interviews will be held remotely via MS Teams and are planned for the week commencing 28th June 2021.
