Is leadership part of your career plan?

We are looking for a people driven and enthusiastic Team Leader.

Whether you are applying for the first time for a Team Leader role, or you are an existing Team Leader who is looking for a change, then we have a permanent position available.

Delivery of our waste regulatory services is key to improving and protecting the environment. We are looking for someone who wants to lead the business to success by delivering through others and have a passion for supporting the development of others around them. You will help to embed our new regulatory approaches within the team, whilst supporting high performing staff.

Wellbeing is one of our top priorities and ensuring that your team are supported and kept safe is imperative to this role.
Our permanent Team Leader role covers our Waste regulatory team based at Goldcrest House near Farnham, Surrey.
We are looking for clear thinking, inspirational and self-motivated applicants, who see that providing great leadership is as important as protecting people and the environment.

You should ideally have some experience of leading people, and this may have been achieved through other non-line-management roles e.g. project management. Experience in organising and directing the safe and efficient delivery of work will be critical in these roles.

You should be able to demonstrate an ability to balance competing priorities alongside exceptional communication, influencing and decision making skills. We are looking for a Team Leader that can lead and instil confidence in our teams and ensure that we have a business-like approach to delivering our waste regulatory services.
This role closes on 16th June and the interviews will be held on 28th June in Goldcrest House
