Essentials skills and experience:
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in delivering projects to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience of navigating sensitive issues and building trust across teams and senior leadership. Ability to manage conflicting interests and drive consensus under challenging circumstances.
Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently to varied audiences. Skilled at adapting tone and approach to achieve buy-in and manage expectations.
Resilience and adaptability when priorities shift and ability to quickly develop pragmatic solutions.
Experience working in a property-related environment or on accommodation projects.
