Are you a dynamic person with great organisational skills looking for an exciting new role? This permanent role in our Romsey office is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to work in a key-supporting role in a public sector organisation and we can support the successful candidate(s) in completing a Business Administration level 3 apprenticeship.

You will work closely with members of our Area Management Team providing them with excellent secretarial support. This will include; tracking, collating and organising information, emails and files, diary management and acting as the point of contact for the managers you support.

You will be responsible organising regular meetings, capturing and logging meeting actions, drafting and preparing documents, sharing information with different teams across the area and making travel and accommodation bookings for the managers you support.
Team work, a positive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative is absolutely essential. You will be part of a small friendly team of professional management assistants working in offices across the area. The team works closely together providing cover for annual leave and meeting regularly to share best practice and provide support to one another.
We are seeking an experienced Secretary/Management Assistant with good verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines. You will be organised, customer focussed and proficient in IT applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. No formal qualifications are required for the role.
