We’re looking for a Project Support Officer where communication and organisation are essential, giving our teams the support they need by efficiently and accurately handling project information. In this valued role, you will gain in-depth understanding of large-scale projects that are having a hugely positive effect in London.

There’ll be lots to do: data processing, reporting, office administration and meetings to support. Anything and everything to help colleagues be ever-more effective in their roles. You’ll accompany project managers on site visits and help out with community events. As you grow in confidence, we’ll support your ambitions too and help you use the experience to as a spring-board for your career.

TEAM2100 comprises around 120 delivery partner and Environment Agency staff, working in a supportive environment with a clear sense of purpose. You’ll also work with in our National Capital Programme Management Service (ncpms), creating a better place through excellence in project and programme management. Our strong, well-qualified team works together collaboratively, and we recognise the value each team member contributes.
A level standard qualifications are desirable and PRINCE2 Foundation or APM Foundation is an advantage. It’s important you’re confident in MS Office too. Whilst time spent in project support or project management will help, more important is your interest in the work and exceptional talent for organisation and planning.

Salary £22,792 (potentially more for exceptional candidates, based on skills and experience), plus Inner London Weighting (£3,629).
Driving licence ideally required as some driving may be necessary, although the use of public transport is preferred. Occasional travel (regionally or nationally) and overnight stays may be required.
