As a Senior Team leader in Planning and Partnership you will lead the team in planning, programming, communicating and reporting on performance, as well as leading on partnership and engagement work.  You will support improvements and develop the way we work, learning from others and ensuring Modelling and Forecasting is as efficient and effective in delivering the best outcomes for our customers.
Our Planning and Partnership team supports the wider Modelling and Forecasting teams with planning, programming, communications and performance reporting as well as leading on partnership and engagement work. The team improves and develops the way we work, learning from others and ensures that Modelling and Forecasting is working efficiently and effectively to deliver the best outcomes for its customers.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader or an individual who aspires to become a Senior Team Leader. You’ll be qualified to at least degree standard (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
You will lead, direct, motivate and inspire a team in planning, programming, communicating and reporting on performance, as well as leading on partnership and engagement work. You will have a background of analysing resource, programme and monitoring information to make decisions and provide timely direction to managers.
You will have experience of providing strategic leadership to influence and deliver outcomes and/or influencing national and area partners to achieve consistency and improvements to ways of working.
You will have strong communication and networking skills to influence, or help deliver outcomes through partner/stakeholder organisations whilst making and responding appropriately to constructive challenge.
You will have a sound knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing.
