These team leader roles both involve leading skilled teams to manage and maintain critical flood risk management structures.

You and the teams will be responsible for the management of our flood risk assets across Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire (the Upper Great Ouse River catchment) and in doing so helping to protect communities across East Anglia from the devastating impacts of flooding. You'll also be working with external partners, suppliers and landowners as well as with internal teams to plan the future maintenance needs of the catchment. Your strong leadership will maintain the high standard of corporate and professional behaviours expected of the team and ensure successful delivery of important works which protect people and property.
