This includes ensuring staff have the right training and support.
As Team leader you’ll ensure expert opinion and advice on enforcement procedures, evidence gathering and actions is provided by the team to Regulatory and non-regulatory officers across the Area.

You’ll be experienced in dealing with hostile situations, and have an ability to diffuse tension and prevent escalation.
It’s important that you’re skilled at managing multiple priorities and competing demands. You’ll be an intelligent problem solver too, with a methodical work approach and an ability to follow governance and procedure, recognising its importance within a criminal investigation.
You should also have a full driving licence and a willingness to travel around Yorkshire, and occasionally to other locations across the UK. Experience in enforcement or regulation and criminal proceedings are advantageous but not essential.
