The Executive Office is looking for a committed personal assistant whose excellent organisational skills will support our aim of making the area a better place with happier healthier staff.
We are looking for a proactive individual who is keen and enthusiastic to provide vital secretarial and administrative support towards the effective and efficient working of the Area Director and our Area Leadership Team. You will be a true team player, working closely with other secretaries.
You will be part of our executive office under the management of the executive coordination manager and working closely with our friendly Customers and engagement team.

• Able to use IT innovatively to improve work flow
• Proactive in seeking to build new processes to help us work more efficiently
• Excellent with IT programmes such Microsoft Office
• The ability to work flexibly, manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines
• An interest in the natural environment

The salary is in the range of £22,792 -£27,223 pro-rata
