Reliable and effective IT and digital solutions are essential to underpin our decision-making. We need to understand future technological changes and the opportunities presented by digitisation and automation to allow us to plan investments into our IT estate. In these roles, you will be representing users in the transformation of current, aging and unsupported IT systems and embedding new systems into the business.

• Understanding the breadth of our EA IT estate and assisting custodians across the EA to manage and understand the risks.
• Working with DDTS to identify opportunities for improving IT and digital services and developing an improvement roadmap
• Finding solutions to IT problems and communicating them across the business
We are recruiting Information Technology Transformation Specialist x2 that sits in the Digital and IT team within Sustainability and Service Operations, part of the Chief Operating Officer’s directorate.
