Good organisational skills and a proven ability to work under pressure are essential. You must understand site health and safety requirements and you will need strong people skills to engage others, especially the team who will be delivering the work programme. You need a good level of IT competence and familiarity with mobile technology.

The preferred candidate will have knowledge and experience of the Construction Design and Management regulations and relevant qualifications. An understanding of site plant and plant hire principles would be an advantage.
