• Manage filing systems to ensure that information is accurate, up-to-date and available for use.
• Help to compile case files for enforcement
• Review and analyse data
• Assist the area with debt recovery work, collating information using internal systems to recover the costs of our regulatory and incident response work.
• Handle procurement requests to maintain equipment and supplies
• Process simple permit and planning applications

We offer an extensive range of employee benefits and are fully invested in developing team member’s skills and careers
You will work within our Land and Water teams who are responsible for water quality, water resources and agricultural regulation.

Our teams are friendly and highly motivated in achieving outcomes for the environment and the communities we serve. We would love to hear from you if you are someone with a willingness to get involved and learn about what we do.
• A great team worker who also works well independently with minimum supervision
• Positive attitude with a desire to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work culture
• Well-organised, able to prioritise effectively and have proven administrative experience
• Self-motivated and capable of problem solving
• Proficient written and verbal communication
• Thorough, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy when recording data and managing records
