We are looking for graduate Mechanical/Electrical Engineers to join our well established and highly experienced MEICA teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation) in the Midlands, Hertfordshire and North London and Kent & South London. You’ll follow a structured and well supported training programme that satisfies the requirements of the Institution of Mechanical/Electrical Engineers to become a Chartered Engineer. You'll take on a real mix of internal and external projects to build your skills in everything from asset management to project feasibility, planning to design, and project management to site supervision. You'll gain the full range of relevant attributes and capabilities to complete your chartered professional review.

The MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, instrumentation, Control and Automation) teams design, plan and maintain mechanical and electrical assets on behalf of the assets owners, working closely with our internal partners and our external contractors.
You’ll be supported by your team leader/senior engineer who'll oversee your work, you’ll have a mentor to help you on a day-to-day basis. They will share their extensive knowledge and experience to give you every opportunity to become a chartered engineer.

To join the graduate programme, you'll need an accredited Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree or BEng (hons) plus an appropriate Masters degree or approved further learning to Masters level. Please visit the IMechE website if you are unsure that your degree meets the criteria. It is likely to take you between three and four years to complete the programme. Keen to learn, you’ll be ready to make the most of all the assignments and opportunities that will come your way.
