The Secretaries sit within the Customers and Engagement Team in West Midlands. Your work with managers will also make you a valued part of our Area Leadership Team. Team member’s base offices include Lichfield, Tewkesbury and Shrewsbury.
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated applicants, who sees that providing great secretarial support is a vital role which ultimately leads to protecting people and the environment. Through experience to date, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Office packages
• A proactive approach to delivering your work by planning and tracking tasks
• A team player
• Supporting and sharing best practice ideas
• Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
• Good organisational skills and an ability to take the initiative and work both alone and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
