The NLS provide analytical services to a wide range of external clients who require a dedicated account manager to ensure their projects run smoothly. This ranges from the setup of the contract through to arranging collection of the samples, reporting, invoicing and attending regular client reviews.
There are 3 Key Account Managers who are supported by 4 customer service team members who are responsible for ensuring that we understand the customer’s needs and deliver a service tailored to their requirements within agreed key performance indicators.
The account manager role is diverse and can be quite challenging. The candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of working in a fast paced customer facing environment preferably with an environmental testing or water industry background, although we will consider an experienced account manager who has worked across other industries.

The role will be office based at Leeds but will require external travel to meet with customers at locations across the UK. This may result in working outside normal working hours of 9-5.
