Most importantly you will have yours and your teams’ welfare at the forefront of your mind in all you do;

The team also support the delivery of critical projects across the area. Incident response is our number one priority and you will ensure that we are incident ready across asset performance.
We are looking for clear thinking, inspirational and self-motivated applicants, who see that providing great leadership is as important as protecting people and the environment.

You should ideally have some experience of leading people, and this may have been achieved through other non-team leader roles e.g. project management. Experience in organising and directing the safe and efficient delivery of work will be critical in these roles. You should:

• Be passionate about leading, motivating and developing your team
