GMMC comprises over 5 million people living in the country’s second biggest growth area with the associated opportunities and challenges. You will know how to make the best use of available resources to deliver outcomes for the benefit of people living and working in GMMC, which align well with the priorities of the Environment Agency. You will play a leading role in shaping our five year local outcome plan which converts our ambition into delivery.

Initially you may be leading our FCRM or Operations teams. Our Area Leadership team work as ‘one team’ and you may be required to respond to business demand and lead a different department within the Area in the future.

The leadership team are based in Warrington. Some travel will be required. Candidates therefore need to hold a full driving licence.
