We help people and wildlife adapt to climate change, work to reduce the impacts of flooding, drought, rising sea levels and coastal erosion. We improve the quality of our water, land and air by addressing pollution and work with businesses to help them comply with environmental regulations.

Are you a natural planner? Are you organised and enjoy completing tasks to deadlines, maintaining a high standard whilst managing other priorities?

An Associate Project Manager will know what a project needs to achieve, how it will be achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost.

For this role you’ll be completing an Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship through online learning and remotely delivered workshops.

You’ll receive coaching and mentoring from professional team members, working with and learning from experienced Project Managers.

You'll gain experience in different types of work and involved in the delivery of various projects. You will rotate around several teams, all of which will enhance your knowledge and skills.

You’ll gain experience of Environmental Practices, learn about various parts of our organisation, our great colleagues, obtain insight and knowledge to support your role and career.

You will be someone with a genuine interest in getting things done and be passionate about creating a better place for people and wildlife. You will be flexible in your approach and have determination to make positive change happen.

Qualifications
- 5 GCSE's A*- C (or equivalent) including Maths and English

Have achieved (or expected to achieve) 96 UCAS points from a minimum of two A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications. Alternatively, BTEC Extended Diploma with grades MMM or BTEC Diploma with grades DD.

On successful completion of the Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship, there may be opportunity to complete the Project Manager Degree Apprenticeship.
