We are looking for somebody with a passion for the environment who wants to help improve how the Environment Agency operates so we can deliver even more.
In the role of Senior Business Analyst, you will utilise your Business Analysis skills, business experience, and leadership skills to analyse current ways of working to identify, evaluate and ultimately deliver improvements to how we protect and enhance the environment. You will lead Business Analysis work on a variety of business-critical improvement initiatives and be responsible for mentoring and coaching other Business and Analysts to drive our Business Analysis Service forward. You will support our National Project Assurance Service (NPAS) in leading the assurance of project and programme business cases and be responsible for continually developing your Business Analysis skills and experience. A comprehensive training and development package will be provided.

The following experience would be desirable but is not essential:
- Business Analysis and/or Continuous Improvement qualifications
- Digital delivery, working with internal and external users and stakeholders
