Our digital services allow our customers to manage their businesses, including tracking their livestock, applying for licenses and monitoring their local flood risk.

We’re recruiting into the following roles:

The ideal candidate will have considerable, demonstrable experience of practicing agile development and leading teams within structured programme and project environments. They will have delivered a range of digital services from discovery through to operational with a focus on user research (senior applicants will be expected to have been involved in multiple stages of delivery including project inception).

They will thrive on getting the best out of teams, high quality and making things happen and have a mix of skills that cover current agile delivery practices, team dynamics, stakeholder and project management.

With the full support of the head of Digital Delivery you'll be encouraged to coach, develop and lead others within the delivery team and stakeholders supporting the team using your practical experience within your subject area.
