We are looking to recruit a Team Leader for our Customers and Engagement Team who will be enthusiastic, inspirational and kind enabling our area to engage with our customers excellently. You will lead our Customers and Engagement Team in developing and delivering internal engagement, executive correspondence and customer service support across Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

The Customers and Engagement Team plays a pivotal role in how our customers perceive us. Ultimately the team looks to always improve how we do things. We do this through reviewing how we have delivered our service, holding our organisation’s actions to account as well as celebrating what we do well.

Our aim is to influence and help our colleagues to engage excellently, with our customers so the greatest outcomes for the environment can be found.
