• Produce, review and analyse documentation such as technical designs, risk assessments, reports or instructions to support management decisions on how we deliver our work.
• Leading on projects and providing an overview to ensure our assets are maintained

There are 2 posts available, one based with the East Hants and Chichester Asset Performance team, and one with the West Hants and Isle of Wight Asset Performance Team, based at either Romsey or Chichester.

- Knowledge of Asset Management
- Proven ability to coach and help develop team members
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
- Deliver work by planning, tracking, gathering and maintaining data/information
- Working under own initiative and as part of a team to make decisions and achieve planned outcomes
- Organisational skills and an ability to use MS Office (strong Excel skills are desirable) and other relevant applications such as AIMS.
- Engineering experience or qualification to at least Diploma level


A full UK driving license is required for this role. You must also be confident around water.
Regular area travel will be expected as part of the role, as well as occasional national travel for training as necessary.
