Shapes organisational approach & delivery
There are some large ambitions in our Flood Incident Management plan that we’ve yet to tackle. Though we’ve got a plan for the service improvements we’d like to see, we’ve yet to design the changes and work out how to implement them. Working with the senior advisors in the team and with staff from wider teams, you’ll help design the services changes we want to deliver and come up with plans for delivering them.
Tell us about the last big thing you developed that was a new service or way of working for your team. How did you work out what solution was best and check your plan was achievable?
Please note: Your answer to this question will be used to select you for interview.
