Make your contribution by joining the Executive Office as Personal Assistant to our Area Director Rich Stockdale.
The Executive Office is looking for an exceptional executive assistant whose passion for the environment, excellent organisational skills and infectious enthusiasm will support our aim of making the area an even greater place with happier, healthier people.
We are looking for a proactive individual who is keen and enthusiastic to provide vital administrative support towards the effective and efficient working of the Area Director and our Area Leadership Team.
This role will give you a fantastic introduction into the business of the environment, working with an incredibly supportive team who will prioritise you and your happiness. We will invest in you and your development, teaching you about the Environment Agency and our role in protecting and improving the environment. The role would ideally suit someone who is ambitious, works quickly and is looking to build a future career.
We are seeking a talented individual and welcome applications from all academic or professional backgrounds including new graduates.
• An excellent communicator (across a range of tools including WhatsApp)
• A highly-organised and fun team player
• Being very comfortable with data and information
• Proactive in seeking to build new processes to help us work more efficiently
• Excellent with IT programmes such Microsoft Outlook & Todoist
• The ability to work flexibly, manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines

You will be an essential part of our Executive Office, a close confident of the Area Director. You will be part of the Executive Support team which consists of the Executive Co-ordination Manager, and our Business Partners and Support Team. You will also be working closely with our Area Leadership Group
