• To create comprehensive handover packs for the Black Sluice Internal Drainage Board to ensure that the change in maintenance will not impact communities, landowners or the environment.
• To provide support with internal communications on the project and maintaining a positive relationships with partners.
The Partnerships and Strategic Overview team have the strategic knowledge of flood risk in our catchments and provide direction to other Environment Agency teams, partners and communities to support investment decisions. We also play an influential role in managing and reducing flood risk in communities through our regulatory work.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills enabling sound professional relationships to be developed and maintained. Excellent communication skills are essential as is confidence in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.

Your ability to articulate clear and concise written information will be well honed. Effective approaches to engaging with partners and internal teams will be key including the ability to effectively articulate information, be able to listen and accommodate wide ranging views.
