This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work in the East Midlands Operations Leadership Team. These specialist roles provide engineering expertise and technical leadership across East Midlands Operations Dept and support them in their delivery of the flood risk management revenue and capital asset maintenance programmes. The role will also provide technical leadership to support operational decision making during incident response as part of our role as a Category One responder.
It is an exciting time to join our Operations department, you will help us manage flood risk and improve the river environment for local communities. You will help us ensure our assets are always incident ready.
You’ll be a Chartered Civil Engineer with sound understanding of Health and Safety and CDM regulations, someone who has delivered complex programmes of work in a water based environment.

Experience of capital and revenue funding routes is also preferable.

Full Driving Licence, as Catchment Engineers are required to regularly travel to field based locations
