You will provide excellent secretarial support to our area management team. This will include tracking, collating and organising information, emails and files, managing calendars and being the point of contact for the managers you support.
You will be organising and capturing actions in meetings, drafting and preparing documents, sharing information with different teams across the area and arranging travel and accommodation.
You will be part of a friendly group of secretaries that support the area management team and work closely with the area manager’s personal assistant. Team work and a positive attitude are essential. The secretary group is part of the Customers and Engagement team within the West Midlands region of the Environment Agency
We are seeking an experienced secretary with good verbal and written communication skills. You’ll possess proven ability to work unsupervised, work well within teams, manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines.
Other key requirements for this job include proficiency in IT applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel along with good organisation and communication skills and customer focus.
No formal qualifications are required for this role.
