The EPE department consists of Sustainable Places, strategic Planning and Engagement, Integrated Environment Planning, Customers and Engagement Environment Programme and Executive Co-ordination Managers and office. Together the department looks at how we invest in the environment at a strategic level and ensures that our Area’s work is co-ordinated, achieving the best outcomes for Thames. You will form an essential part of our Area Leadership Team, providing forward thinking and strategic direction to our staff.
We are looking for an applicant that can provide great leadership to a highly skilled department. You will be passionate about developing yourself and others and be a positive role model who creates an open, inclusive and trusting culture where people can give their best. You will work at a strategic level and support a wide range of technical teams. You will be positive, diverse thinking and able to easily connect with others in our organisation. Experience skills are required.
