First and foremost you will be able to demonstrate success in enabling business and cultural change. You will have a proven track record of delivering results through others and implementing new approaches, tools and service improvements to enable effective implementation of change. Excellent active listening and problem solving skills will be important for effective transition to new ways of working.

With collaborative working at the heart of our new approach to delivery you will be able to demonstrate your ability to coach leaders and their teams to enable change to be embraced and deliver expected programme benefits.

With strong communication and influencing skills you will be able to shape and enable successful relationships both across the Environment Agency and with our supplier delivery partners.
