Our NEAS Hub Teams are responsible for the input of high quality environmental and sustainability advice to the Integrated Delivery Teams for each Delivery Hub. Our input is principally at the project development stages where we ensure that the need for environmental consents and approvals is identified.
You’ll be leading a multi-disciplinary team that’s involved in ground-breaking and award-winning work through effective collaboration across internal departments, the wider Defra group, Statutory bodies, our framework delivery partners, businesses and communities.
This vacancy is to provide maternity cover for the Team Leader role managing the NEAS East North Hub.

The dispersed team is comprised of Environmental Project Managers of diverse professional experience, Landscape Architects and Archaeologists.
This is a wonderful opportunity for newly trained and experienced leaders alike in supporting a dispersed team with embedded collaboration and positive team spirit.
You will have successfully led people through change as they continued to deliver complex programmes of work in collaboration with others; through harnessing their skills, nurturing a supportive culture and driving improved performance.
Essential:
