At the Environment Agency there’s so much more to our work than building flood risk management schemes or regulating industry. We strive to ensure that everything we do counts towards leaving a legacy to be proud of – for people, communities, and the environment – for all of us to enjoy and for future generations.

You will work collaboratively with the Resource Planning, Skills and Assurance Team Leader, Resource Advisors, and peers ensuring they have the necessary data and system access to provide good quality and timely outputs to support workload planning for resourcing requirements for Asset and Programme Management teams.

Anticipating the needs of the business, you will support and deliver excellent customer service. The impact of your work will be felt throughout the organisation, so being driven by continuous improvement, independent working and being self-motivated is key. We are Programme and Contracts Management (PCM), part of Operations Assets & Programme Management, creating a better place through excellence in project and programme management. You will become part of an award-winning team that provides areas, alongside national services, and centres, with an effective project/ programme management service. Our strong, well-qualified teams manage projects throughout their life-cycle to deliver environmental improvements, adding value and resulting in a greater sense of shared ownership with local communities.
